The Ultra-Glo® infrared foodwarmer, 54 inches wide, delivers infrared heat across a broad service area on busy lines to keep plated dishes and pans at serving temperature. Its standard wattage with a double ceramic tile design provides targeted coverage along the full length, and the aluminum housing supports a clean, low-profile installation in pass lines. A 6-inch spacer provides fixed separation from food pans to fit service stations.
Choose a remote or attached control box to match your layout, and use the adjustable angle brackets to aim heat precisely over pans or plating zones. NSF and UL listings support compliance for foodservice operations, and it is Made in USA. These features support efficient workflows and consistent presentation throughout service periods.
