This Ultra-Glo® infrared strip heater is 18 inches wide with standard wattage and lights to illuminate the pass and enhance plate presentation. Its double ceramic tile with aluminum housing produces targeted infrared heat across the holding area surface. With adjustable angle brackets, teams can position and direct heat precisely over pans or plated items throughout service.
A 3-inch spacer provides installation spacing, and you can choose a remote or attached control box to match your installation and workflow on the line. The heater is NSF, cULus, and UL certified, and Made in USA for compliance and sourcing preferences across commercial operations.
