The Wolf ACB25-QS-COMMANDER countertop charbroiler powers through peak service with four cast iron burners delivering 17,000 BTU each (68,000 BTU total). At 25-1/8 inches wide, it fits neatly on crowded cooklines while still providing ample grilling area. Sear steaks, mark vegetables, and finish proteins with repeatable results.
Dial in precise zones using high range infinite heat control valves, while standing pilots keep burners ready for immediate use. Cast iron radiants, a heat deflector tray, and supercharger burner dividers help concentrate and distribute heat where you need it.
A fully welded chassis and stainless steel front, sides, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough withstand heavy-duty workflows. Durable cast iron top grates and 4-inch adjustable legs support stability and easy leveling for consistent presentation and efficient service.
