A 1" thick polished steel plate and three burners combine for 81,000 BTU, giving you the muscle to sear proteins and push through peak periods. As a Quick Ship model, it helps you outfit time-sensitive projects without compromising durability.
The 36" W x 24" D cooking surface supports volume cooking—from pancake runs to burger boards and sauté-style sears. Manual controls let you manage heat across the plate, while 4" back and tapered side splashes keep grease and debris contained to the work zone.
A 6 qt grease drawer speeds cleanup and reduces change-outs, and the stainless & aluminized steel chassis stands up to daily use.
