Built for demanding lines, the Wolf AGM48-QS-COMMANDER is a 48-inch gas countertop griddle designed to keep service moving. Its 48" W x 24" D cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel plate absorbs and recovers heat quickly for consistent results. Four burners deliver a total of 108,000 BTU for powerful, even coverage.
Manual controls let chefs set precise temperatures across four zones, ideal for eggs and pancakes at breakfast, then burgers, steaks, and vegetables at lunch. The 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain grease and protect adjacent stations. A low-profile 11-1/8" cooking height integrates comfortably into busy cooklines.
Speed cleanup and maintain throughput with the 6 quart grease drawer that reduces changeouts during rush periods. A stainless and aluminized steel chassis adds durability, while 4" adjustable legs simplify leveling. This Quick Ship unit is cCSAus and NSF listed for commercial kitchens.
