Built for busy lines, the Wolf AHP636U Achiever hotplate concentrates power and control in a 36-inch countertop footprint. Six burners, including three step-up open burners, streamline workflow by staging pans at two levels for cooking and finishing.
Each burner delivers 30,000 BTU, giving you the heat to sear proteins, sauté vegetables, or rapidly bring stocks to a boil—180,000 BTU total across the deck. Assign high-output burners to high-heat tasks while using the step-up section to simmer sauces or keep sides hot during service.
Manual gas valve controls give precise, repeatable adjustments, while protected standing pilots support quick, consistent ignition. Cast iron top grates handle heavy cookware, and lift-off burner heads plus an aluminized pull-out crumb tray accelerate cleanup. A stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash with 4-inch adjustable legs help the unit fit and perform on crowded cooklines.
