The Wolf ASA60-30 heavy-duty countertop gas griddle pairs a broad 60" x 30" cooking surface with five independently controlled burners to speed high-volume service. A 1" thick polished steel plate stores heat for consistent searing and even browning from the first order through the rush. Mechanical snap-action thermostats per burner let you set precise zones for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or sautéed vegetables.
Improve workflow with two 6-quart grease drawers that keep the line clean and minimize interruptions. Tapered side splashes and a 4" rear splash help contain grease while protecting adjacent equipment and staff. A durable stainless and aluminized steel chassis rides on 4" adjustable legs, creating a low-profile stance that fits under hoods and aligns with existing counters.
