The Wolf C48S-2B36GT Challenger XL™ restaurant range pairs two high-output 30,000 BTU burners with a 36" thermostatic griddle to streamline line-cook workflows. With 155,000 BTU total, it supports simultaneous sautéing, searing, and griddling on a compact 48" footprint. Equip busy kitchens to move from breakfast to dinner without shuffling stations.
Dial in precise griddle temps across the heavy 3/4" plate, then scrape into the 4" wide front grease trough for fast, continuous service. Lift-off burner heads simplify cleaning between turns and keep flame performance consistent. Use the standard oven to bake, roast, or finish orders while the top stays in motion.
Built for the rigors of commercial use, it features a fully welded body and stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and high shelf. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level under existing hoods and tables. CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support code compliance for foodservice operations.
