Control heat with a manual control valve for straightforward adjustment during rush periods. Stage plates and tools on the stainless steel front top ledge, while a front grease trough and included grease can speed cleanup between turns.
Built for busy kitchens, a stainless steel front and a 1" stainless steel side with a 3/8" backsplash help contain splatter and keep stations tidy. CSA and NSF listings support code compliance for restaurants, hotels, and display-cooking programs.
