Solid state controls and a 60-minute timer streamline batch work and station timing. Electronic spark igniters speed startups, and stainless steel doors with windows let staff check progress without opening the cavity.
Each oven includes five nickel plated racks to maximize capacity for roasting proteins, baking vegetables, or finishing trays. Durable stainless steel front, top, sides, and 8-inch legs suit demanding service, while (2) 50,000 BTU deliver reliable heat and recovery.
