Drive fast, consistent production with the Wolf WEG24E heavy-duty electric griddle. A 24" W x 24" D cooking surface and a 1/2" thick polished steel plate help retain heat for reliable results from the breakfast rush through late-night service.
Dial in performance with bottom-mounted snap-action thermostats every 12" to fine-tune sections for eggs, pancakes, burgers, or vegetables while staying on pace. A front grease trough and back/tapered side splashes contain splatter and simplify end-of-shift cleanup.
Engineered for busy countertops, the stainless steel front and sides handle daily wear, and the front top ledge with "Cool Bullnose" offers a comfortable, safer working edge. Four adjustable 4" legs set an 11-1/8" cooking height to level the unit and align with your line equipment.
