The Wolf WICM48 cheesemelter streamlines finishing tasks for high-volume kitchens. Two infrared burners delivering 40,000 BTU concentrate even heat to melt, brown, and caramelize on demand.
Set the 3-position heavy duty rack to fine-tune distance from the heat for open-faced sandwiches, casseroles, nachos, and gratins. A stainless steel interior withstands daily use and wipes clean quickly between turns.
The removable pan simplifies end-of-shift cleanup and helps maintain a tidy station. Gas operation and the included wall mount panel support efficient, wall-mounted installation at your finishing area.
