With a spacious 12 cu. ft. capacity and a durable stainless steel top featuring a refrigerated pan rail, this unit offers ample space to keep ingredients fresh and within easy reach. Its capacity to hold two full-size pans ensures that you have everything you need at your fingertips for quick pizza assembly.

This prep table comes equipped with a 19” wide polyethylene cutting board, providing plenty of space to prep and prepare pizza dough, toppings, and more. The cutting board is removable for easy cleaning. 

The self-closing door features a 120° stay-open function for effortless access during busy periods, while the field-reversible door design adds installation flexibility. The side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, maintaining a consistent temperature between 36°F and 38°F.

Built to withstand the demands of any commercial kitchen, this unit boasts stainless steel construction on the front, sides, top, and door for durability, along with an aluminum interior that resists corrosion. The Beverage Air DP46HC also includes two epoxy-coated wire shelves for additional storage and accepts pans up to 6" deep.
