When will sales tax be added to my order?
We currently collect sales tax on all orders shipping to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY, and Washington, D.C. The tax amount will be applied at checkout online or handled while talking to your account representative. If you believe your organization qualifies for a tax exemption, call us today and we will work with you to process your exemption.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible,
- Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our website to view your orders.
- Contact us if you need assistance via live chat or over the phone at 800-828-8564. Please be sure to have your order number ready.

How do I use my coupon code?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits will typically be granted within 7-10 days from the time we receive your returned item(s).
An item is missing from my shipment, what now?
Track your order to ensure all items have shipped. If all of your items show a status of "delivered" please contact customer service at 1-800-828-8564 ext. 291
Do you ship COD?
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal payments, Bill Me Later, Money Orders, and personal checks. At this time, we do not ship COD.
Do you accept checks in advance?
Yes, we accept check in advance. Please contact our Customer Service when you're ready to place your order.
Do you give discounts for non-profit organizations?
Corporate Social Responsibility is a priority to Burkett Restaurant Equipment. While currently we do not offer special pricing for non-profit organizations, it is our policy to review these proposals on a case by case basis.
