The Burkett Used Equipment Program is our proprietary repair and restoration process. Our skilled technicians and rigorous Quality Assurance testing ensure all equipment operates in accordance with manufacturer's recommended use. In the unlikely event you have a problem with your purchase, we've provided the security of our 90-Day Parts and Labor Warranty.
The Burkett Warranty
The Warranty is activated the date the item is delivered to you. The warranty covers the following:
- Defective parts
- Equipment malfunction
If you experience an issue with a defective part or the equipment's operation during the 90-day warranty period; Burkett will arrange for your equipment to be repaired or replaced (if a comparable item is available). If the service company is unable to repair your equipment, and we do not have a comparable replacement, Burkett will refund you for the cost of the purchase and arrange for return shipping.
Terms and Conditions
To qualify for the Burkett Warranty your equipment must be installed by a certified food service equipment technician if it has any of the following components; gas, water, 208V or higher, or a 3-Phase Electrical connection. The Burkett Select Warranty is not valid on the purchase of furniture, smallwares, and stainless steel products. Adjustments to calibration, misuse, non-mechanical or cosmetic damage are not covered under the Burkett Warranty. This warranty is not applicable for residential use.
