Configure up to (18) 1/6 size pans beneath the stainless top, with furnished 4" deep pans and the flexibility to accommodate 6" deep pans as menus evolve. A 10" cutting board provides a generous prep surface, while the two-section, 48" base with (2) doors and (4) shelves keeps backup product close at hand for quick reloads during rushes.
