The compact 30" x 18" footprint fits tight cooklines and service corridors while delivering a sturdy stainless surface for prep, plating, and small equipment staging. The rear 1-1/2" riser helps contain splashes and crumbs against the wall to keep stations tidy.
Built for daily use, the 18/430 stainless top with turndown edges stands up to busy shifts and wipes down quickly. Internal channel reinforcements add rigidity so the surface stays solid under mixers, cutting boards, and hotel pans.
