Sheet pans can be stored in the Cambro UPR1826HP20580 ultimate sheet pan rack, which allows for mobility and airflow. The unit is made of brushed graphite colored composite plastic that is corrosion resistant durable and easy to clean. 

Move your sheet pan rack easily from freezer to kitchen floor with the four 5" total locking non-marking thermoplastic rubber swivel casters and place hot pans onto the rack directly from an oven up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. You can store up to 20 full side sheet pans (18" x 26") or 40 half size sheet pans (18" x 13"). 

For tall products, each rail has 1.5" of space between them, as well as ribbed ends to allow airflow and keep them in place. Because there is no metal, crossbars, screws, or welds, corrosion and rust are not a concern. Each rail has a 55 lb. capacity, making for a total capacity of 175 lbs. The top of the sheet pan rack has a frame built-in to hold one full size sheet pan to protect the product on the rest of the rack.
