The ITI BA-115 ice tea spoon has an extended, slender handle and is 7.5 inches long. It is used to mix sugar into iced tea. It is made of 18/0 stainless steel, a nickel-free steel alloy that is less expensive than 18/8 and 18/10 steel alloys of higher quality and strong enough to sustain use in informal eating areas. A high center ridgeline in the Baguette design separates the handle into two crisp, similar panels.
