This Migali C-SP72-18-HC sandwich prep table keeps its carbon footprint to a minimum by using the eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Constructed of stainless steel, this 60" sandwich prep table is incredibly durable and also easy to clean. This device is part of the Competitor series, which uses a forced air refrigeration system to stay cool.

Feel free to prep, cut, chop, and slice your ingredients directly on this model, thanks to its 9.25" cutting board. This cutting board is also removable for easy and simple cleaning. Adjust the temperature to your preference, which ranges from 33°F and 41°F, with the simple to use digital controller. Fill up to 18 1/6" sized pans with your customers favorite meats, chesses, and vegetables. (Pans not included)

Not limited to sandwiches, this model also proves to be a fantastic option for assembling salads as well. This unit can be moved to be cleaned easily with its pre-installed casters. This prep table serves as a great cold food storage solution and a worktop in one device!
