The Robot Coupe Blixer 5 food processor is ideal for quickly cutting, blending, and mixing raw and cooked foods. This food processor has a vertical assembly and a stainless steel bowl that holds 5.5 liters. The bowl also has a handle for better grip and a central lid opening to allow for the addition of additional ingredients during the processing process. Also included is a leakproof bowl-lid with a scraper arm. This high-heat, shock-resistant see-through lid allows you to keep an eye on your food throughout the blending process. This unit has a bowl-base, fine serrated, twin-blade assembly for expert food processing. Even with small quantities of product, these stainless steel blades allow for uniform processing. There are two speeds on the food processor: 1750 and 3450 rpm. This unit will process 3-18 7 oz. portions per service and 0.75-7 lbs. of food per operation. To top it off, the Robot Coupe Blixer®5 food processor can be disassembled and cleaned in any dishwasher, making cleanup a breeze!
