The Robot Coupe Blixer 7 food processor is designed to cut, blend, and mix both raw and cooked foods quickly. This food processor has a vertical assembly, with a 7.5 liter stainless steel bowl. The bowl also features a handle for better grip as well as a central lid opening to allow for additional ingredients to be added during processing. Also included is a watertight bowl-lid with a Blixer® arm. This high heat and shock resistant see-through lid allows you to monitor your food for the entire processing time. For expert food processing, this unit has a bowl-base, fine serrated, twin-blade assembly. These stainless steel blades allow for homogenous processing, even with small quantities of product. The food processor has two speed options, 1800 and 3600 rpm., as well as a pulse function for even greater cutting precision. Per service, this unit will process 3-25 7 oz. portions, and per operation, 1-8 lbs. of food. To top it all off, every part of this Robot Coupe Blixer®7 food processor can be disassembled and cleaned in any dishwasher, making clean-up a breeze!
