The griddle surface is made of 1" thick chrome, ensuring evenly cooked food every time. Every 12" section of the chrome surface includes an independent temperature control, burner, and standing pilot, allowing cooking of different foods at the same time. Accurately control temperature with mechanical snap-action thermostats which use sensors every 12" and allow for an operating range between 150°F and 550°F. This Star gas griddle makes cleaning simple with its rear and side splash guards and grease trough. Comes in LP or natural gas - specify when ordering.
