The thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature adjustments between 150°F and 450°F, making it ideal for cooking a variety of menu items.

Constructed with a stainless steel front and aluminized steel sides, the TMGT24 is designed for durability and reliability in high-volume kitchens. The 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle plate retains heat efficiently and recovers quickly between cooking cycles. A full-width grease trough and removable grease drawer simplify maintenance and cleanup.

The standing pilot ignition system allows for quick startup, while the unit ships for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for LP gas. Adjustable 4-inch stainless steel legs provide stability and versatility for countertop use.
