This slicer features simple automatic control, allowing the machine and gravity to do almost all of the work. Choose from a slice thickness of 0” to 0.875” with the manual slice thickness knob, and use the digital membrane control for adjustable speed, stroke, and slice counter. The new low friction blade is capable of slicing unlimited amounts of meat and cheese and can be removed easily for cleaning.

The drip tray fence, which directs liquids away from the controls and operator and towards a distinctive concave base casting for easy cleaning, is another unique feature. Cleaning under the unit is also simple thanks to the built-in lift level, and the entire slicer can be disassembled for thorough cleaning. A permanently mounted protective edge guard ensures operator safety in addition to providing premium use and cleaning. The slicer comes with a removable sharpener to assist you in sharpening your blade.
