This slicer is a variable speed semi-automatic, allowing the machine and gravity to do almost all of the work, and you have all the customization ability you need. Choose from a slice thickness of 0” to 0.875”, and have the machine slicing anywhere from 21 to 47 strokes per minute. The new low friction blade is capable of slicing unlimited amounts of meat and cheese and can be removed easily for cleaning and sharpening on the top mounted sharpener.

Another unique feature is the drip tray fence that redirects liquids away from the controls and operator and towards a distinctive concave base casting for easy cleaning. The 3” legs allow for easy cleaning under the unit as well, and the entire slicer can be disassembled for a thorough cleaning process. As well as premium use and cleaning, a permanently mounted protective edge guard allows for premium operator safety as well.
