The Univex SRM20+ countertop food mixer is the most versatile mixer for your kitchen. From batter to dough, this mixer can do it all. This mixer has a variable speed drive, allowing you to choose from 4 fixed speeds as well as any speed in between them. You can even change speeds without having to stop the mixer. User safety is an essential, and with interlock switches to protect the operator from injury if the safety guard is open or the bowl is lowered, Univex has you covered. The SwingRing safety guard is a two piece stainless steel device that can be removed and cleaned in any dishwasher and keeps hands from accidentally getting caught inside the mixer while it's running. This mixer is controlled with simple on/off buttons, and the bowl is lowered using an ergonomic hand operated crank that is self-locking in the top and bottom positions. The transmission features hardened alloy gearing and torque sensing variable speed pulleys that provide smooth and reliable operation, time and time again.
