The AccuTemp N61201D060 DBL Evolution™ is a stand mounted broilerless gas convection steamer that uses patented Steam Vector Technology to quickly cook quality foods. This stand mounted double stacked unit sits on casters for easy mobility and is able to steam 12 full sized pans at once - 6 pans in each chamber. The controls and temperature display are easily accessible with the digital control. This convection steamer requires no water or drain connections, and connects easily to a 1/2" NPT natural gas connection. Along with faster cook times, the Evolution™ steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy and water efficient, being an ENERGY STAR certified product that uses less than 1 gallon of water per hour.
