The AccuTemp P61201D060 SGL Evolution™ is a stand mounted broilerless LP gas convection steamer that uses patented Steam Vector Technology to quickly cook quality foods. This stand mounted unit sits on casters for easy mobility and is able to steam 6 full sized pans at once. The controls and temperature display are easily accessible with the digital control. This convection steamer requires no water or drain connections, and connects easily to a standard propane gas connection. Along with faster cook times, the Evolution™ steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy and water efficient, being an ENERGY STAR certified product that uses less than 1 gallon of water per hour.
