The AccuTemp P61201E060 DBL Evolution™ is a broilerless gas convection steamer that uses patented Steam Vector Technology to quickly cook quality foods. This double stacked unit sits on casters for easy mobility and is able to steam 12 full sized pans at once - 6 pans per steamer cavity. The controls and temperature display are easily accessible with the digital control. This convection steamer has simple water and drain connections, and connects easily to a standard propane gas connection. Along with faster cook times, the Evolution™ steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy and water efficient, being an ENERGY STAR certified product that uses less than 1 gallon of water per hour.
