The AccuTemp P61201E060 SGL Evolution™ is a broilerless gas convection steamer that uses patented Steam Vector Technology to quickly cook quality foods. This stand mounted unit sits on casters for easy mobility and is able to steam 6 full sized pans at once. The controls and temperature display are easily accessible with the digital control. This convection steamer has simple water and drain connections, and connects easily to a standard propane gas connection. Along with faster cook times, the Evolution™ steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy and water efficient, being an ENERGY STAR certified product that uses less than 1 gallon of water per hour.
