This Bakers Pride EP-2-8-5736 pizza deck oven is perfect for high-volume pizza restaurants and pizzerias. Offering the same performance as a gas model but with the low maintenance of an electric system, this oven provides efficiency and reliability. This double deck pizza oven can provide you with a high production rate thanks to its powerful u-shaped heating elements on top and bottom of the interior cavities. Each oven chamber has one Cordierite deck with a 7" deck height. This deck height along with the 57" width, allows you to cook many pies at a single time.

Infinite controls give users temperature control ranging from 300° to 800°! This pizza deck oven is constructed out of stainless steel for the exterior and aluminized steel for the interior. The construction of this model ensures durability and easy maintenance for kitchen staff. A 60 minute timer allows you to throw uncooked pies in and set the timer, allowing you to perform other tasks while the pizza is cooked to perfection.
