The Blodgett CNVX-14E/BCX-14E electric oven combines the abilities of a convection oven with a combi oven. As a double stacked configuration, this unit includes two individual ovens that allow you to double your cooking capacity in the same small footprint. This unit has a BCX-14E combination oven stacked atop a CNVX-14E convection oven. These units give your kitchen so many possibilities to create high-volumes of delicious meals quickly and efficiently in one location.

Combined these ovens have a 14 sheet tray capacity, or an astounding 28 hotel pan capacity. This unit boasts dual pane tempered viewing windows with hinged inner glass for easy cleaning. Each oven also includes halogen interior lights which allow for superior visibility so you can keep an eye on your products as they bake. This full-size convection / combination oven comes with hardware and 4" casters for convenient mobility.

Both ovens are constructed out of stainless steel and come fully welded onto a stainless steel frame. The interior cavities are built using 304 stainless steel for the combi oven and 316 stainless steel for the cavity of the convection oven. The CNVX is the only washable convection oven with a built-in hand shower and easy-to-clean stainless steel liner and drain on the market. In addition, each oven includes a pressure spray bottle for quick and easy oven cleaning.
