Blodgett CNVX-14E/BX-14E Stacked Electric Convection / Combi Oven | 208/240V

Blodgett's CNVX-14E/BX-14E electric oven combines the benefits of both a convection and a combination oven. This appliance has two individual ovens in a double stacked design, allowing you to double your cooking capacity in a compact footprint. A CNVX-14E convection oven sits atop a BX-14E combi oven. This combination oven does not require the use of a boiler. These units provide your kitchen with a plethora of options for swiftly and efficiently preparing large quantities of tasty meals in one spot.

These ovens have a combined capacity of 14 sheet trays or a whopping 28 hotel pans. Dual pane tempered viewing windows and halogen internal lights provide better visibility so you can keep an easy eye on your foods. For easy portability, this Blodgett stacked convection and combination oven design comes with hardware and 4" casters.

Both ovens are constructed out of stainless steel and come fully welded onto a stainless steel frame. The inner cavity of the combi oven is made of 304 stainless steel, while the cavity of the convection oven is made of 316 stainless steel. The CNVX is the only washable convection oven on the market with a built-in hand shower and a stainless steel liner and drain that are both easy to clean. A pressurized spray bottle is also included with each oven for quick and easy oven cleaning.
