By selecting this Blodgett XR8-E electric compact rotating rack oven with a stainless steel stand, you can guarantee even baking and reliable results every time ! For a genuine no-turn bake, this oven has a rotating rack that can accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" baking pans and revolves continuously.

The 3/4 hp convection fan works with the rotating rack to provide equal temperatures over every single pan during baking rather than needing you to shift pans to avoid hot and cold spots in the oven. Also, the pan sliders may be adjusted in 1" increments and the rack can be removed without the need for tools to fit a variety of baked items, including gingersnaps, baguettes, and more.

Two independent doors with double pane tempered glass panes are simple to open and close, and four side-mounted halogen lights highlight the oven's inside so you can see your baked items.
