The Delfield 4460NP-24M sandwich prep table is designed to keep prepped ingredients, veggies, deli meats, and condiments ready to be served. Dual level pan brackets allow food pans to be lowered an additional inch in the unit to improve temperature holding capabilities. This unit holds twenty-four 1/6 size food pans. Pans and brackets are included in the purchase of this Delfield sandwich prep table.

Assemble signature sandwiches and salads on the removable 8" wide full length cutting board. Delfield's air screen technology keeps food cold without drying out. A bent in full length handle makes operating the lid possible from anywhere along the front edge.
