The Delfield 4464NP-16 holds sixteen 1/6 size food pans to keep everything you need to build salads and sandwiches within easy reach. Pans and adapter bars are included with this unit. Dual level pan brackets allow food pans to be lowered an additional inch in the unit for additional food temperature control, even if the lid is left open for long periods of time. Delfield's air screen technology keeps food cold without drying out. A 10" wide cutting board allows staff to assemble menu items efficiently, and is removable and dishwasher safe for easy clean up. This sandwich prep table has a stainless steel top, front, and sides and will fit with any existing equipment in a commercial kitchen.
