This three section Delfield sandwich prep table holds eighteen (included) 1/6 size food pans and is designed to combine storage and assembly areas to create an efficient production system. This unit is equipped with advanced solid state temperature control and uses an environmentally friendly R290 refrigeration system to guarantee longevity of its compressor life and consistent temperatures in any environment. The top of this sandwich prep table is made from one piece stainless steel. The easy access lids glide right open for quick entry to ingredients. All ingredients are kept fresh and cold with Delfield's patented air screen technology that prevents food from drying out over time. Plus, dual level brackets allow pans to be lowered an additional inch to further improve temperature holding performance.

A removable, 10" wide, dishwasher safe cutting board provides excellent prep space for staff to assemble menu items. This sandwich prep table houses 24.8 cubic feet of cold storage space and comes with three expoxy coated wire shelves that can be configured to best suit your kitchen's needs. The interior sides feature Delfield's signature ABS thermoformed lining to protect your investment from chips, dents, or rust. Included 5" casters make moving this sandwich prep table a breeze, and its rear mounted, front breathing refrigeration system means it can be placed against a wall without blocking air flow to the compressor.
