A rear mounted, front breathing refrigeration system allows it to be placed against a wall without blocking air flow. Hold up to six 1/6 size food pans in the refrigerated rail. Pans and adapter bars for the top section are included. Dual level adapter bars allow pans to be lowered an additional inch for improved cold-holding performance. Delfield's air screen technology keeps your veggies, deli meats, and condiments cold without drying them out.

Access your fresh toppings easily with a bent in full length handle. A ten inch wide removable cutting board provides plenty of space to keep your assembly process running smoothly.
