Keep up to twelve 1/6 size food pans in the refrigerated prep rail. Delfield's air screen technology will keep ingredients cold, but won't dry them out. Dual level pan brackets allow pans to be lowered an additional inch in the unit. This added recess assists in holding food safe temperatures, even when the lid is left open. Twelve 1/6 size pans and necessary adapter bars are included.

This compact sandwich prep table features an 8" wide full length cutting board for sandwich and salad assembly. A bent in full length handle allows staff to easily open the lid from any point. Five inch casters assist in moving the unit for routine cleaning or maintenance. Place this unit anywhere in the kitchen, even against a wall without restricting air flow thanks to a front breathing refrigeration system.

Solid state, electronic temperature control holds NSF approved interior temperatures in the range of 33°F - 40°F. This feature also reduces unnecessary compressor cycling, saving on energy costs. Two storage drawers help staff store and organize back up ingredients to restock when needed. Drawers hold two full size food pans. The top drawer can hold pans 4" - 6" in depth.
