Four storage drawers provide space for back up ingredients. Top drawers hold one full sized pan and three 1/6 size pans, up to 6" deep. Bottom drawers hold one full sized pan and three 1/6 size pans 4" deep. Drawers are mounted on stainless steel tracks with Delrin bearings that keep them operating smoothly. Delfield's ABS thermoformed lining protects the drawers' interior from dents, chips, and rust. Five inch casters allow this sandwich prep table to easily be moved for cleaning.
