Pans and adapter bars for the rail are included. Dual level pan brackets allow pans to be lowered an additional inch. This added recess improves temperature holding in higher ambient temperatures or if the lid is left open. Delfield's air screen technology ensures ingredients stay cold without drying out. A bent in full length handle allows users to operate the lid from any point. A ten inch wide cutting board provides plenty of room for sandwich or salad assembly.
