The Delfield N8076-R drop-in ice-cooled food well maintains vegetables, fruits, salads, gelatin desserts, and other cold items chilled at just the right temperature! This drop-in food well can hold four standard, 12" x 20" pans comfortably. This food well does not require electricity making it a cheap, reliable way to keep your cool foods chill. With a curved design, this cold food well is perfect for those semi-circular surfaces that you don't know what to do with. An included fitted flange, perimeter gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop.

The Delfield drop-in cold food well is constructed from strong and durable stainless steel. With removable perforated, false bottoms, there's no worries about ice or water overflowing out of the well. The 22-guage stainless steel interior is creased to a 1" diameter drain to quickly drain out liquids. At the end of the day, you can easily clean out this food well by just spraying and wiping it down with hot water and soap.
