You can snugly install this food well into your countertop thanks to the provided fitted perimeter gasket.

This stainless steel, Delfield drop-in cold food well is sturdy and long-lasting. There's no need to worry about ice or water pouring from the well thanks to removeable and perforated false bottoms. To quickly drain liquids, the 22-gauge stainless steel interior is creased to a 1" diameter drain.
