Utensil washers, also called pot and pan washers, utilize high pressure water and turbulent spray jets to remove sticky and baked on food residue from pots, pans, and cooking utensils. These are ideal for bakeries and other establishments that cook with sticky dough or food products that require a more intense cleaning. Typically these kinds of items must be hand washed as they cannot fit into commercial dish machines, but utensil washers have a larger clearance to fit all of your large pans and cut down on your cleanup time.
What Styles of Utensil Washers Are Available?
Door type and pass through are the options available for utensil washers. Door type utensil washers are front loading and include doors that either lift up or are side hinged. Some door types have two split doors for added convenience and a larger capacity. Pass through utensil washers have an entrance and an exit, allowing loading and unloading to be done simultaneously. Both door type and pass-through styles are also available in corner units to maximize your space.
