By maintaining serving utensils above 140 degrees Fahrenheit, the Server 87750 utensil holder is intended to prevent bacteria from growing on them. Two ninth-size stainless steel pans are used to store the utensils in water. An LED display countdown timer is included with this heated dip well to keep track of sanitation time. The alarm has a volume control that may be adjusted for various sound levels. Key slot mounting brackets make it simple to fix the dipper well on walls and take it down when necessary.

Utensils used in this Server 87750 heated dipper may transfer heat to their handles, posing a risk of burns. Utensils with handles made of plastic or covered with insulation are great for preventing that. Utensils with liquid or gel fillings shouldn't ever be placed in this well since they might get very hot.
