The Star GX20IG cast iron sandwich grill is built to provide dependable commercial-grade performance at a low cost. Sandwiches, quesadillas, steak, chicken, and any other grilled product may be cooked quickly and easily on the grill. An easy-to-use manual thermostat allows for rapid temperature adjustments ranging from 175°F to 450°F. The top has a hinge system for quick and safe operation, and the handle is heat resistant. Product up to 3" thick can be accommodated on the grooved iron platens. The splash guard on the bottom platen helps to prevent grease spillage. A heavy gauge, water resistant conduit protects electrical connections between the top and bottom of this Star sandwich grill, and includes a removable grease trough for easy cleanup.
