A 9-1/2" deep and 1/2" thick high-density polyethylene cutting board is fitted to this prep table to provide a durable and easy-to-clean surface to prep food items. The three solid stainless steel doors swing open and are fitted with magnetic door gaskets to provide a tight seal along with recessed door handles to open the doors easier. The LED interior lighting provides the highest visibility when looking for products inside this unit during those busy times. Maintaining a consistent temperature range of 33°F - 39°F, a digital temperture control and monitor system provides the ability to monitor and adjust if needed.
