Equipped with Turbo Air's patented self cleaning condenser system, this unit has an automated brush that self-cleans daily to keep your investment safe from an overloaded condenser. This refrigerated sandwich prep station uses an environmentally safe R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep food perfectly in the 33° - 39° range. This unit holds twelve 1/6 food pans and has LED lights mounted in each corner allowing you to monitor food levels and quality. Plus, this Turbo Air sandwich prep table has an automatic fan system that shuts off when the door is open, preventing hot air from entering the unit when in use. The food storage compartment isolates pans from the reach-in cooler, and prevents unfortunate spills that can ruin anyone's day.

This sandwich prep table houses two refrigerated sections underneath with twelve cubic feet of storage space, and two PE coated wire shelves to easily store back up ingredients and get your staff through peak service times.
