With this Turbo Air Super Deluxe TST-48SD-18-D4-N 48" 4 drawer refrigerated giant top sandwich prep table, you can quickly and easily make fresh, crisp salads and sandwiches! This sturdy unit has a galvanized bottom and rear for long-lasting use, ensuring smooth servicing in your busy restaurant. Its exterior is made of stainless steel. With a full set of pans to get you started, the top rail can accommodate up to (18) 1/6 size food pans that are 4" deep and has an insulated solid lid. To prepare orders and slice items, it also comes with a 9 1/2" deep, 1/2" thick high-density polyethylene cutting board.

This cabinet has 4 drawers that can each hold (2) 1/3 size pans or (4) 1/6 size pans up to 6" deep (sold separately), increasing your cold storage capacity. Innovative cold bunker forced air system delivers even cooling by completely encircling the food pans with cold air for effective chilling. Additionally, it guides air around the pan rail, which greatly improves temperature retention. Food is maintained at temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit by the effective 1/3 hp refrigeration system, which uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant.
